Exchanges and Returns

Holliday Jewelry exists to satisfy our customers. Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from the original purchase date when accompanied by your order acknowledgement. Exchanges are permitted within 90 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and in the original gift box with all warranty cards and explanations booklets intact.

Shipping

In stock merchandise will be shipped in 2-3 business days by UPS or US Postal Service. Out of stock merchandise will be shipped 2-3 business days by UPS or US Postal Service after receipt of items.
