OFFICAL RULES – Antwerp Diamond Giveaway Spring 2025
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. SPONSOR:
This sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Holliday Jewelry, located at 2834 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, OR 97603 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Compliance with the eligibility requirements will be determined solely by Holliday Jewelry. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any disputes regarding eligibility must be submitted in writing to Holliday Jewelry for review.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PT on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER:
Participants may enter the Promotion using one of the following methods:
A. Automatic Entry with Purchase:
For every $100 spent (excluding taxes and shipping) on jewelry purchases at Holliday Jewelry during the Promotion Period, the customer will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
B. Free In-Store Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Customers may enter for free by visiting Holliday Jewelry during the Promotion Period and completing an official entry form at the register or designated Sweepstakes Entry Box. Limit one (1) free entry per person.
C. Exclusions:
Payments on repair orders, custom work orders, and payments on account do not qualify for automatic entry.
5. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a natural diamond valued at $2,500, hand-selected during our Spring 2025 Antwerp buying trip. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on April 1, 2025.
The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within one (1) day. If the winner does not respond within two (2) days, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
If for any reason the planned Spring Antwerp buying event scheduled for April 2025 is delayed and/or canceled, the prize will be fulfilled on the next available Antwerp buying trip with Holliday Jewelry. Alternatively, a suitable natural diamond of the same value will be selected from store inventory. Holliday Jewelry typically conducts two (2) Antwerp buying trips each year, one in Spring and one in Fall.
9. LIABILITY RELEASE:
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
10. PRIVACY POLICY:

11. GOVERNING LAW:
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
