Each Holliday Jewelry shipment is fully insured and will require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, orders may be delivered to your place of work or another more convenient destination where there is sure to be an adult to sign for it.

If your item for any reason, is not everything you want it to be, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. The item must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition. Be aware that watches only worn for a day are usually scratched and unreturnable. Custom designed and engraved items are non-returnable; however, we will work with you to correct or improve any issues.
You can return items in store at either of our locations in klamath falls or medford for free, or mail the item to us.
